What is Neuro-Affirming Coaching?

Neuro-affirming coaching is a strengths-based, identity-respecting approach that supports neurodivergent people without trying to “correct” who they are. It acknowledges that ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence are not flaws to be fixed. Instead, neuro-affirming coaching helps you understand your patterns, reduce friction, and create practical strategies that support your energy, focus, and follow-through in real life.
